Henry "Hank" Harvey Berg

Henry Harvey (Hank) Berg was born in Marion, Kansas on January 21, 1949 to Harold and Dorothy (Smith) Berg.  He passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Halstead Health and Rehab. He had been ill for several months.  

Henry attended school in Newton, Kansas.  He mowed lawns for several years, and then held several custodial positions in Newton, before retiring.  He moved to Halstead in 2015 and resided there until his passing.  

If you knew Henry, then you knew that his favorite activities were watching car races and fishing.  

Henry is survived by his brother, David, of Salina, Kansas; his sister, Sherry Axsom, of Huntersville, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins.  

He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Dorothy Berg; his sisters Carol Berg and Laura LeForce, and his nephews Eric Wyant and Dustin LeForce.

A graveside service will be held for Henry on Friday, May 3^rd, at Marion Cemetery in Marion, Kansas at 1:30 p.m.
