Jamie Thomas Harold

Jamie’s life began on August 26, 1967, in McPherson, Kansas. He is the son of Royce and Jackie (Jones) Harold. Jamie graduated from Hope High School with the Class of 1985. Jamie was a hard worker and taught himself how to do carpentry work. His expertise was in Tile and Wallpaper. Jamie eventually became a Master Carpenter while running his own carpenter business. Jamie stayed busy with his work, but in his free time Jamie was an adventurous soul who enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He was an avid treasure hunter of discarded things, giving them a new purpose. Jamie also loved riding his Harley Motorcycle and would tinker with motorcycles in his garage.

Jamie, at the age of 56, passed on December 25, 2023, in Abilene, Kansas. He his preceded in death by his significant other of 9 years, Toni Svitak; parents: Royce and Jackie Harold.  Jamie is survived by his children: Royce (Tonya) Harold, Kenneth Harold, Kaitlyn (Darren) Brannon; grandchildren: Mykel Brannon, Zoey Brannon; siblings: Johnney (Angel) Harold and Robert (Dawn) Harold.

Celebration of Life for Jamie Harold will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2023, at Yazel Megli Funeral Home in Herington, Kansas. Services will be lead by family friend, Pastor Joker Henderson.  Yazel Megli Funeral Home, Herington is serving the family.
