Peggy’s life began on December 28, 1953 in Muskogee, OK. She was the daughter of John “Bill” William and Ruby Ella (Sisco) Hall. Peggy was the youngest of eight children.

Peggy attended Muskogee High School. Peggy was the kind of soul that would give you the shirt off her back and do anything she could for anyone.

Her family was very important to Peggy and they include her children Paul (Patricia) McIntire and Tammy (Mark) Haynes; her grandchildren April Peel, Jasmine Campbell, Paige Powell, William Powell, and Joshua McIntire, Lela McIntire; great grandchildren Khloe Castleberry, Kael Castleberry, Winter Alexander, Lilly Alexander, Josie Alexander, Matthew Haney and Grayson Haynes, Cayedin Haynes, Luciano Hernandez-Haynes, Jaylee Hernandez– Haynes, Jerri Keeler, and Langdon Powell.

Peggy passed away on May 24, 2025 along with her granddaughter Dawn Peel and great grandson Nathaniel Haney. Peggy is also preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Tina Marie McIntire, granddaughter, Sara-Grace McIntire, brothers; Lenard Hall, Jerry Hall, Earl Hall, sisters; Linda Hall Fugate, Lena Collins, and Ella Hall McDonald.

Her family will gather with friends on Friday June 13, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Herington First Baptist Church for their memorial service. Yazel Megli Funeral Home is serving the family.
