Teresa Turner

Teresa’s life began on September 2, 1982, in Colorado. She was the daughter of Larry Rosencrans and Diane Huckfeldt Hobbs. She was raised by her mother and step father Rodney and Diane Hobbs. Teresa trained as a dental assistant and worked several jobs in her life, including hotel clerk and grocery store employee but she spent most of her time as a mother and wife. She enjoyed crocheting and coloring her grown-up books. She was a fan of Ancient Aliens and loved a good conspiracy story. Teresa was united in marriage to Gary Turner on April 4, 2025, in Newton after the couple spend many wonderful years together. She is survived by her husband Gary of Peabody; children David Southworth of Wichita, Rebecca Southworth of Newton, Brandon Pickett of Guam, Allison Pickett of Casper, WY, Max Turner of Peabody, and Fredonia Turner of Peabody; her father Larry Rosencrans of Newton, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. Teresa passed away at her home on Friday December 12, 2025. She is preceded in death by her mother Diana and step father Rodney Hobbs. Her family will gather with friends to celebrate her life on Sunday December 27, 2025, from 2-4 p.m. at Lamb Funeral Home, Whitewater.
