HERINGTON - Carolyn Sue Prochaska, 46, of Burdick, Kansas, a Derby High School graduate, died December 11th, 2016, at her home in Burdick. Services were 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 7th, 2017, at the Fort Riley Veterans Cemetery at Manhattan, Kansas.
Survived by her husband Edward Prochaska of Burdick; two children Natasha and Allen Tweet; and a sister Gwendolyn K. Clark.
Zeiner Funeral Home-Herington Chapel assisted with funeral arrangements.
