What a bright light Cheri was to this world. She had the most beautiful smile (perfect mix of Bill and Dianne's smiles). How blessed we were to know her and watch her grow into the beautiful person she became. Prayers to all who knew and loved her.

You will always be my very best friend! I still can't believe you are gone. So many fun memories of time spent with you. Lots of laughter, tears, I love you's, I miss you's, joy, heartache. You & I were always there to pick each other up, brush each other off and start again! I'm so very thankful that God brought us together at Augusta High School in 1985. You were the 1st & only person that spoke to me all day and as the new kid there, I was so relived to have a friend! We have been through it all together. I will miss you so very much....I will love you forever. You better be at the pearly gates waiting for me :) haha!
Lots of love forever and always,

In so many ways Cheri felt like a big sister. I was so lucky to be welcomed Into the fold of the Buggeln family when we moved to El Dorado. While I would run around with Michelle and Evan, there'd always be stories about what Cheri was up to.
Life has taken us separate ways, but the Buggeln family and Cheri always hold a special place. You are all in my prayers as you navigate life with Cheri gone far too soon.
Much love to all of those who loved and we're loved by Cheri.

36 years was not near long enough to call you BFF! Summers could never come quickly enough to be back together at church camp! Letters back & forth all these years gave way to texts, calls, visits, & messages. WE always were able to pick right back up where we left off but we were always connected heart, mind, & soul. Through many laughs, troubled tears, blessed times we were there shouldering together but never alone. Cheri, I dont know life without you & gonna miss you terribly. You did it! You gained the ultimate reward! Legacy left to those of us who remain & remember you life! Love you more & I mean it! BFF Susan Rutherford Bush (Texas & Kansas couldnt separate us but Heaven has for a time my beloved friend). Much love to Chuck, who adored you, Teri & Lexi, your joy, & your parents & siblings.
