Guestbook

I have known Dennis for quite a few of the years I have lived here in Peabody. I first met him at Westview. I lost track of the number of times Dennis asked me to pray with him the prayer of salvation because he "just wanted to be sure." Every trip in I made sure to look him up. He came almost every single time we had nursing home responsibilities. Then, I lost him for a short while. Found he moved to Newton. Ran into him one day got to visit with him again. Then he came back to Peabody to what is now Peabody Health and Rehab. We picked up right where we left off. He even came to my church a couple of times while he was living here in town. He was such a blessing to have around. Then one day, poof! He was gone again, fortunately, Dennis was a movie fan and seemed to really like the Marvel Characters like my family and I do. I kept running into Dennis and his brother at the movies. I am saddened by the loss of him in my life, but I rejoice at how much richer I am for simply knowing him.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Dennis' passing. He and I had some great times together as kids building and shooting off rockets and stargazing through his reflector telescope. Dennis, Dennis P,, Tom, Rocky and I owned "the Hill" when we were growing up. My condolences to Edsel and others of Dennis' family.
