Linda enjoyed coaching and playing softball.  Dan and she spent countless hours and miles traveling to many places including Brookville, Eudora, El Dorado, Iowa, Kentucky, and even Hawaii to watch their grandchildren’s competitions and activities.

Linda was "one in a million" in so many ways. We were so glad we got to know her thru "Master Farmer/Homemaker
Organization. She and Dan became some of our "favorite" people. May you, the family, find comfort as you call on
the Savior.
As memories come, turn them into prayers of thankfulness to the Lord.

So many different wonderful memories I have of Linda. My most important one is that she was first on scene of my sons car accident. I honestly believe she was placed there to save my sons life. She & Dan placed many calls following his accident; check on him and keeping track of his progress. She gave our family such love and support over the years but that one memory of her makes my heart so thankful.

My love and prayers go out to the Peterson Family. I am so sorry for your loss. She was an amazing, loving and giving woman but I know you all know that. Much love.

Linda was such a great classmate in our Centre class of 68. She was an extension of her parents which left an impression on me as always be friendly & kind.
Linda gave cancer one hell of a fight & now she can rest in His Peace.
Dan & family, Fike family, we extend our sympathies to you.
Sorry we will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral as we already had plans to be out of state.

I worked for the Marion County Sheriffs Office when Linda was a Commisioner. She was such a sweet lady and one of the best commissioners we have had in 50 years! I am sorry for the loss of this special lady to her family, friends and our county. Loretta Keazer
