Vivian Rosalee Friesen

Vivian Rosalee Friesen, 87 passed August 11, 2018 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater.  Rosalee was born August 31, 1930 in Pitcher, Oklahoma to John and Elizabeth O’Byrne.  She married Weldon J. Friesen in Wichita. Rosalee worked in a used bookstore for many years in Wichita.  She enjoyed reading and had a strong Christian faith.  Rosalee is preceded in death by her parents; husband Weldon; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.  She is survived by her son Mark Friesen and wife Robin of Park City, Kansas; grandchildren Corbin, Solana, Aryawna and 4 great grandchildren.  Funeral services for Rosalee will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Lamb Funeral Home, 120 S. Main street, Whitewater, Kansas with a visitation prior to the service beginning at 9 a.m.  Burial will be held after the service at the Towanda Cemetery.
