April Dawn Wheeler

April’s life began on April 30, 1986. She was welcomed by her parents, Larry and Kathy Wiebe, and her older brother, Aaron. She attended Awana and loved Bible memorization. At the age of four she asked Jesus into her heart. She graduated from Frederic Remington High, Class of 2004, and attended Butler Community College for 2 years. April was a member of the Federated Church and enjoyed crafting. She married Bryan Patrick Wheeler on July 4, 2013 in Whitewater.

Her loving family includes her husband, Bryan of Whitewater; mother, Kathy Wiebe of Whitewater; father, Larry Wiebe of Potwin; paternal grandmother, Delilah Wiebe of Newton; brother, Aaron Wiebe and his girlfriend, Krista Briar of Park City; parents-in-law, Wayne and Joan Steen of Florence, South Carolina; brother-in-law, Chris (Anna Marie) Wheeler of Kodiak, Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Abe and Wilma Wohlgemuth; paternal grandfather, Herbert Wiebe. April passed away of Covid pneumonia and into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the age of 34 years old.

Her family will gather with friends on Thursday, January 7, 2021, from 12 noon until 2:30 p.m. Her funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m., both at Federated Church.
